Property Management

Our full and comprehensive Property Management service is of major benefit to anyone with property in the area who is not around to see it properly maintained and looked after.

This service encompasses frequent visits to the property to check everything is working normally (water, electricity etc.), that the property is secure and that there has been no damage. It also includes the key holding service with the addition of (at the request of the client) receiving and checking deliveries and we will be a 24-hour point of contact for any clients who may rent your property in case of emergency or need for repairs. Postal collection is also an option.

If you wish to rent or sell your property after taking out the Property Management service, we will advertise it for you at no extra cost.

We are now offering a 50% discount for Property Management to any property on La Tercia golf resort.

Key Holding

We are able to offer clients a Key Holding service from our office in La Tercia. This entails the secure storage and release of keys to clients' properties as authorised. Keys can be released and returned during normal office hours with the permission of the homeowner.

This service does not include receiving deliveries, checking property, etc. it is simply safe and convenient access to your property should anyone require it when you are not able to be present to hand over the keys.
